Required Reading
Reminder to rising juniors: You will begin the process of working on your English 11 literary research paper, a BLS graduation requirement, as soon as the academic year begins. In order to be prepared, please review the list of approved titles you have received, choose your book, and read it over the summer, along with your two required books. Your English 11 teacher will ask for your choice during the first week of classes.
Note: On the Come Up by Angie Thomas is a high-interest young adult novel to enjoy over the summer. It was provided by the Boston Public Schools and is a suggested title and not required.
